Technical Institute

A public technical institute of health sciences in Manchay, Pachacámac. It pairs technical training with a community health centre, its volumes arranged to wrap around public parks and sports courts.

Urban Treatment

An urban intervention in the central sector of Rosa Toro, San Borja. The proposal — "Parametric Pulse" — reorganises two blocks to create Privately Owned Public Spaces (EPAP) and restore pedestrian connectivity in a run-down area.

Collective Housing

A housing scheme on a hillside sector of Rímac, framed as an urban-regeneration strategy for the former Los Hoyos barracks. It prioritises compact units and shared areas as the connective tissue of collective life.
